Issue reported on 12/26/2018 at 9:01PM: OIT is reporting that Cisco Finesse reporting (technology used for Call Centers on Campus) is experiencing issues with the reporting module and renders the following error "Reporting Service is starting up. Please refresh after a while. If error persists contact administrator." Our Voice Services Team has been engaged and are working on a resolution.
Impact
This impacts only the reporting module, all call centers should still be able to take calls.
