The SPSC, COMP, and RES firewalls will undergo maintenance on Tuesday, January 8, from 6 am to 7 am making the wired network and many of the campus’s online services unavailable for approximately 20 minutes. Please see Affected Services below for more details. This maintenance window is being used to upgrade firewall software in order to address a bug that has been affecting network performance in multiple campus buildings.


The wired network and many campus online services and will be unavailable or operate in a degraded state for approximately 20 minutes. Services that will not be impacted include Exchange/Outlook email, Canvas, Desire2Learn, the VPN, and the VoIP phone service. While MyCUInfo will be available, some services and functions within the portal will not. Please see Affected Services below for more details.
