Issue reported on 11/29/2018 at 9:28am: OIT has received several reports from ARCE that there have been phone outages in the building. OIT is investigating the issue and working to resolve the issue ASAP.
Issue restored on 11/29/2018 at 4:06pm: OIT's Voice Services team has identified the cause of the problem and eradicated it. The issue is resolved at this point.
