Issue resolved at 3:14 pm on 11/29/18: We believe the O365 email bounce issue has been resolved and that service has been restored. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of what happened. At this time you can re-send your bounced messages. If your message continues to bounce, please call the IT Service Center at 303-735-HELP.
Update at 1:51 pm on 11/29/18: The O365 email bounce problem is on-going. However, we've determined that bounces are happening intermittently. While we continue to troubleshoot the problem with our vendors, you can try to send your bounced messages again. We'll update you again when we have more information or when the service has been fully restored. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Issue reported at 8:30am 11/29/2018 - OIT's messaging team has received reports that emails from O365 to Gmail are failing with a policy violation error. Current OIT is leveraging all existing resources to resolve this issue ASAP.
