Description

On Tuesday, November 27 at 5 p.m., OIT will begin transitioning secondary accounts (mail accounts that multiple people use (e.g. bursar@colorado.edu) or a second account for individuals (e.g. student exchange accounts)) from CU Identity Manager to the campus’s new IdentiKey Manager service (found at https://identikey.colorado.edu starting Nov.  28). The migration will cause the new IdentiKey Manager service to have slow response times for approximately 24-36 hours. Once the transition is complete at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, secondary accounts will be managed in the new IdentiKey Manager service. This change is necessary to prepare and better understand the impact for the campus-wide transition.  

Impact

The migration of secondary accounts from CU Identity Manager to the IdentiKey Manager service will cause the IdentiKey Manager service to have slow response times for approximately 24-36 hours.
