On Tuesday, November 27 at 5 p.m., OIT will begin transitioning secondary accounts (mail accounts that multiple people use (e.g. email@example.com) or a second account for individuals (e.g. student exchange accounts)) from CU Identity Manager to the campus’s new IdentiKey Manager service (found at https://identikey.colorado.edu starting Nov. 28). The migration will cause the new IdentiKey Manager service to have slow response times for approximately 24-36 hours. Once the transition is complete at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, secondary accounts will be managed in the new IdentiKey Manager service. This change is necessary to prepare and better understand the impact for the campus-wide transition.
The migration of secondary accounts from CU Identity Manager to the IdentiKey Manager service will cause the IdentiKey Manager service to have slow response times for approximately 24-36 hours.
