Issue resolved at 11:07pm 11/2/2018 - OIT has confirmed this service has been restored.
Issue reported at 10:00pm 11/2/2018 - OIT has received several reports that the Finesse Call Center System is experiencing issues and is unresponsive at the moment. OIT Voice Services has been enagaged and currently working on a resolution.

All call centers on campus. Currently impacting the Facilities Management Call Center
