Service Restored: Microsoft Teams

Service Restored at 11:10am: The vendor has rerouted traffic to alternate infrastructure and confirmed via monitoring that the issue is resolved.

Issue Reported at 10:24am: Users may see one or more Microsoft Teams features not functioning or not available. Impacted features include but are not limited to:

• Call and Meeting tabs may disappear
• Contact presence data may not be accurate
• Files can't be edited or opened
• Can't schedule or update meetings
• Meet Now isn't displayed
• Users may be prompted for credentials that results in the user no longer being able to sign in 
• CVI (Cloud Video Interop) Dialing Instructions aren't visible and requires users to be manually invited to join the client meetings
• "Call Info" is grayed out on pre-scheduled meetings
• Can't create Teams or view Teams suggestions
• The tenant switcher feature may disappear.

The vendor is aware of this issue and is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. More updates will be posted here as they become available.
