Service Restored at 1:06 p.m. on 9/14/18: OIT has continually monitored the Wi-Fi performance issues and believe the problem has been solved. Please contact the IT Service Center (303-735-4357) or help@colorado.edu, if you are still experiencing issues with UCB Wireless, Guest Wireless, or Eduroam.

Issue updated at 2:58 pm on 9/12/18: A suspected software bug on two of the campus’s eight wireless controllers is affecting Wi-Fi connectivity and performance issues in the following buildings: Arnett, Buckingham, Cheyenne Arapaho, CASE, Duane, Hellems, ECOT, and Koelbel. A technical support case has been opened with the vendor and a number of short-term and long-term resolutions are being considered. Until this issue is resolved, OIT suggests using a wired network connection in the affected buildings. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
