ISSUE RESOLVED at 03:08 pm, on 08/15/2018 - Reports now indicate that the issue has been successfully resolved!

ISSUE REPORTED at 01:38 pm, on 08/15/2018 - It has been reported to OIT that some images are failing to properly load on certain Web Express hosted sites. All relevant entities are currently engaged in working to resolve this issue!
