Issue resolved at 1:15 pm on 5/30/18: OIT has resolved the viewing of case notes affecting ServiceNow. 

Service Issue Reported at 12:45pm: Under certain circumstances, ITIL (licensed) users aren't seeing case notes when they view their cases in ServiceNow. OIT is working to resolve the issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
