ISSUE RESOLVED at 9:06 am on 6/28/18: Northstar has been stable for the past several weeks.
UPDATE at 5:49 pm on 5/24/18: Northstar has experienced intermittent outages throughout the day. OIT continues to investigiate the issue. The service is currently stable and functioning, but issues may resurface.
ISSUE REPORTED at 12:24 pm on 5/24/18: Northstar is offline again, OIT is investigating the issue further.
ISSUE RESOLVED at 12:05 pm on 5/24/18: The Northstar service has been restored. Thank you for your patience.
ISSUE REPORTED at 11:29 am on 5/24/18: IT Service Center has confirmed there is an ongoing issue with Northstar, the page is loading endlessly and returning a "500 Server Error". OIT is investigating this issue further and will update this page once we have additional information.
