Service Restored: Messages are now going out in a timely fashion, however, they are being delivered in plain text.
Service Issue Reported: OIT Service Alert email notifications are not working as designed. The OIT website hosting provider, Acquia, has confirmed that messages may be throttled, which means they may not be delivered to subscriber mailboxes in a timely way. We are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you can always visit the Service Alerts page for up-to-date alerts at https://oit.colorado.edu/service-alerts or follow OIT on Twitter at https://twitter.com/CUBoulderOIT.
