Description
On 4/4/18 there was a phishing attack on campus that used the email address help@colorado.edu. To protect campus from further vulnerability, emails with the phishing subject line, coming from help@colorado.edu, were blocked. Unfortunately, this action also blocked many legitimate emails from help@colorado.edu. As a result, emails sent to customers from help@colorado.edu from approximately 9:00 a.m. – 2:20 p.m. may have not been delivered.
On 4/5/18, OIT will reissue emails sent to customers during yesterday’s affected timeframe.
