The Office of Information Technology (OIT) documents and tracks customer issues and requests via a ticketing system called ServiceNow. Customers with an active IdentiKey can log into this tool to: create your own cases, check the status of existing cases, and review case history.
Issue reported at 10:45 am on 2/12/18: OIT is investigating an issue with incoming email to our various support teams, such as help@colorado. If you have an urgent IT issue, please call the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 for assistance, otherwise, we will respond to email when the service has been restored.
