Issue Updated at 12:06 02/12/18: The root cause of the student affiliation issues has been identified and fixed. A sync of OIT systems will be occurring over the course of about 10 hours today to rectify the issue. All affiliations impacted by this issue should be repaired by start of business tomorrow.
Issue Reported at 12:39pm 02/09/18: OIT is investigating an issue where some active students are appearing as unaffiliated. We do not currently have details about the scope of this problem, but will post further information as it becomes available. Affected students may experience problems accessing any IT applications that require a Student affiliation for access. Examples include the campus VPN service and Lynda.com.
