Description
Maintenance will be performed on the HCM production services 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon on Sunday, February 11 to install Oracle updates. During the maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable: Enterprise Portal (MyCUInfo & MyCUBoulder), Integration Gateway, Campus Solutions, Campus Solutions Mobile Application, FIN, HCM 9.2, PeopleSoft CRM, Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Phire, R25 Interface Server Application, Secure Enterprise Search (SES), CU Careers – Recruiting, eRA (integration to HCM only).
Impact
HCM production services will be unavailable on 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon on Sunday, February 11.
If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.
