Description
Maintenance will be performed on the HCM production services 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18 to install PeopleSoft updates. During the maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable: CU Careers - Recruiting, eRA (integration to HCM only), HCM. The following portal links and tiles will be unavailable during the maintenance window: All tiles, Benefits and Wellness tab, Business Tools Tab / CU Careers – Recruiting, HCM, My Info and Pay tab, My Leave. A limited CU Resources/employee portal page will be made available to allow access to unaffected applications. Please note that the limited portal page will look different to the standard portal page with tiles.

If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.
