Issue Reported at 9:55 am on 1/10/18: CU Alert: CU Portal is experiencing a service interruption. Current symptoms include: 500 error messages when logging out of the portal. Known workarounds include: None

Service Restored at 10:35 am on 1/10/18: **Please clear your browser cookies and cache before logging into the CU Portal.**

Additional Information from UIS

UIS is working to restore service and will provide more information as it becomes available.  The next communication will be sent by 11:00 a.m.

UPDATE 1/10/18: UIS has identified and addressed root cause of the interruption. As of 10:35 a.m. service has been restored.   There are no outstanding issues.
