ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, January 5, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. During this maintenance window, ServiceNow will be unavailable. This upgrade is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to a newer version.
