Service Restored: 11/12/17 10:06 am: Emergency reboot of Cisco UCCX servers successful, no service outage experienced and all is normal.

Service Issue Updated: 11/12/17 9:39 am: OIT is performing an emergency reboot of Cisco CCX servers, no service impact expected.  Facilities Operations Center is aware and automatic failover will occur to keep them working.

Service Issue Updated 11/11/17 6:31 pm: Facilities Management able to take calls through alternate means.  Finesse issues still being investigated, no ETA at this time. More information will be posted here as it becomes available. 

Issue Reported 11/11/17 - 5:42 pm: ITSC staff and Facilities Management Held Desk staff have confirmed issues with Finesse functionality. The page returns "This Finesse Server is out of service. If you need IT support and are unable to reach the ITSC please open a case from the OIT website: https://oit.colorado.edu/. If you need to reach Facilities Management please email occ@colorado.edu. OIT has engaged the vendor, no ETA at this time.
