Service Restored 11/9/2017 at 5:28 a.m.: Microsoft has fully restored the reading and composing pane in the Outlook Web Application.
Issue Reported 11/8/2017 at 2:50 p.m.: OIT is receiving reports that the Outlook Web Application is not loading properly (messages are showing up as blank, composing messages is blank).
