Issue Resolved at 8:32 AM: OIT has identified the problem and service has been restored.

Issue Reported: 9/13/2017 2:07 AM: Spot is back online, but its mount of www-legacy htdocs files remains broken. Spot users will not be able modify www-legacy htdocs content until this is fixed. Spot's personal pages, any email, and the hosting of www-legacy are unaffected.
