Description

UIS will be performing service maintenance on enterprise applications on Sunday, August 13, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. During this time Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

Impact

During the maintenance window on Sunday, August 13, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.

Affected Services

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window: Campus Solutions, Campus Solutions Mobile Application, Concur Travel & Expense, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM), CU Marketplace, Enterprise Portal (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals), eRA (interface with the HCM system only), FIN, HCM, HireRight I-9/e-Verify, Integration Gateway, My Leave, Enterprise Search (SES), and Skillsoft.
