Issue Reported: 8/1/17 - 7:13 PM- OIT has been receiving reports that Qualtrics clients that previously had surveys/projects on their account are logging-in and finding brand new accounts with no projects/surveys saved. OIT has engaged the Qualtrics vendor and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Restored: 8/1/17 - 8:54 PM - The service is restored. Clients can see their previous project/surveys again. No data has beeen lost and survey takers were able to complete surveys during this window.
