UIS will be performing service maintenance on enterprise applications on Sunday, July 9, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. During this time Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

During the maintenance window on Sunday, July 9, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

Affected Services

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window: Campus Solutions, Campus Solutions Mobile Application, CRM, DATC, Enterprise Portal (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals), ISSS, My Leave, Online Admissions Offering (OAO), OnBase (accessed via the portal and Campus Solutions, Parchment, SharePoint, Singularity (accessed via the portal and Campus Solutions), Skillsoft. Some services will remain available via direct access links: https://www.cu.edu/blog/uis-service-alerts/revised-cu-alert-uis-service-maintenance-production-systems-sunday-july-9. There is a low probability of a brief interruption to authentication into the following applications: Academic Works, Cherwell, Concur Travel and Expense, Crash Plan Pro, CU Careers, CU Marketplace, eRA, HireRight, Lynda.com, Salesforce.
