Service Restored at 10:14 a.m.: The VoiceThread integration with D2L has been restored by the vendor. VoiceThread links within D2L are working as expected now.
Service Issue Reported at 8:51 a.m.: VoiceThread integration links within D2L are currently broken. Users see the error, "VoiceThread is experiencing problems. Please try again later." Users can still access the service via voicethread.colorado.edu. As a workaround, Instructors can share VoiceThreads with students using direct sharing links as described here: https://voicethread.com/howto/getting-a-share-link-2/
OIT is working with the vender to resolve.
