Service Restored on 06/13/17 at 10:40 a.m:;CU System PSC has confirmed that Concur is now restored and operational
Issue Reported on 06/14/17 9:15 a.m : Concur is inaccessible. OIT is receiving reports that upon clicking the Concur link within MyCUinfo, customers are receiving a gateway timeout error. The university Procurement Service Center as well as University Information Systems are aware of the issue and are working towards a solution. No ETA at this time. OIT will post updates on our service alerts page here but the matter can also be tracked via University Information System's blog : https://www.cu.edu/blog/uis-service-alerts
Issue Reported on 06/12/17 at 12:01 p.m: There is currently an issue with Concur logins through MyCUInfo. CU System PSC is working with the vendor to resolve the issue. More updates will be posted here as information becomes available.
