Description
Maintenance will be performed on the Human Capital Management (HCM) services on Saturday, June 10 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday, June 11. During the maintenance window the following services will be unavailable: CU Careers - Recruiting, eRA (integration to HCM only) and HCM. A limited CU Resources/employee portal page will be made available to allow access to unaffected applications until midnight. Maintenance pages will have links to access available applications from midnight until 6 a.m. June 11. See more information below in the Affected Services section.
Impact
HCM services will be unavailable Saturday, June 10 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday, June 11. A limited CU Resources/employee portal page will be made available to allow access to unaffected applications until midnight. Maintenance pages will have links to access available applications from midnight until 6 a.m. June 11.
If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.
Affected Services
The following Production services will be unavailable during the maintenance window: CU Careers - Recruiting, Enterprise Portal, this include MyCUInfo & MyCUBoulder (beginning at midnight), eRA (integration to HCM only), HCM. The following portal links and tiles will be unavailable: All tiles, Benefits and Wellness tab, Business Tools Tab / CU Careers – Recruiting, HCM, My Info and Pay tab. The following Production services will be available until midnight only: Campus Solutions, Campus Solutions Mobile Application, CRM, CU-Data, FIN ImageNow, Integration Gateway, ISSS, My Leave, Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Secure Enterprise Search (SES), Skillsoft. The following applications will be available through maintenance pages from midnight – 6 a.m. They will be unavailable beginning 6 a.m.: Concur Travel and Expense, CU Careers – Search Jobs/Apply, CU Marketplace, HireRight I-9/eVerify, Lynda.com, SkillSoft. *Please note the Business Tools Tab / CU Careers - Search Jobs/Apply and HireRight I-9/e-Verify are unaffected and will remain available throughout the maintenance window.Additional Information from UIS
