On Wednesday, May 24, JIRA will undergo an upgrade which will make the service unavailable between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. This downtime is necessary to upgrade JIRA to the latest version. In anticipation of the upgrade downtime, we recommend exporting a list of your tasks on Tuesday, May 23. Here is how to export JIRA tasks to an Excel spreadsheet.
