UIS will be performing service maintenance on enterprise applications on Saturday, May 13, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. During this time Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

Impact

During the maintenance window on Saturday, May 13, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.

Affected Services

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window: Campus Solutions, Campus Solutions Mobile Application, CRM, CU Careers - Recruiting, eRA (integration to HCM only), Enterprise Portal (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals), FIN, HCM, Integration Gateway, My Leave, Secure Enterprise Search (SES). The following services will be available via maintenance page links only: - Concur Travel & Expense - CU Careers - Search Jobs/Apply - CU Marketplace - HireRight I-9/e-Verify - Lynda.com - Skillsoft
