Service Maintenance Completed: Human Capital Management (HCM)

Maintenance will be performed on the HCM production services on Thursday, May 4 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. During the maintenance window the following services will be unavailable: CU Careers - Recruiting, eRA (integration to HCM only) and HCM. A limited CU Resources/employee portal page will be made available to allow access to unaffected applications. See more information below in the Affected Services section.

The following portal links and tiles will be unavailable during the maintenance window: All tiles, Benefits and Wellness tab, Business Tools Tab, CU Careers - Recruiting, HCM, My Info and Pay tab. Please note the Business Tools Tab, CU Careers - Search Jobs/Apply and HireRight I-9/e-Verify are unaffected and will remain available throughout the maintenance window.
