Service Restored 9:49 am: OIT has confirmed the Student Printing Services has been fully restored.
Issue Update: 5:49 pm: The Student Printing Services has been switched to offline mode. This will allow students to swipe with their Buff OneCard and print. In addition, students will see a $9.00 balance no matter the amount in their account until the issue has been resolved by the vendor. We have engaged the Buff OneCard office they are working with the vendor to get the core issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Issue Reported: 5:17 pm: Buff OneCard's are currently unable to print. When swiping on the SPS Print Release Stations they receive an error stating, “Internal Server Error: Unsupported Card Type”. OIT is actively working with the vendor on a solution. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
