Service Restored 4:25 p.m.: The campus network has returned to normal operations and users should no longer be experiencing issues. The team will work with the vendor to understand the root cause of the issue. 

Service issue update 3:49 p.m.: The network issue is impacting access to various campus services such as MyCUInfo, D2L, VPN, VoiceThread and more. The team is working to address the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available. 

Service issue update 2:49 p.m.: The network team has confirmed the issue is impacting various parts of campus. Currently, the IT service center is not able to take calls. If you have an issue please send an email to help@colorado.edu.  

Issue reported 2:34 p.m.: The network operations team is currently investigating issues with network connectivity. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
