Service Restored 1/20/17 at 4:00 p.m.: According to our vendor, the issue that was experienced last week has been resolved. They will continue to monitor the service.  

Service Update 1/27/17 at 9:18 a.m.: The vendor has reported they have installed a set of patches which should temporarily resolve the issue. Most users should no longer be experiencing problems. The vendor will continue to work throughout the weekend to fully resolve the issue. 

Issue Reported 1/23/17 at 12:10 p.m.: Student Printing and Scanning is currently experiencing intermittent printing issues due to an issue with the print system (Pharos). This is impacting both mobile printing and traditional printing, but appears to be more prevalent in mobile printing. The vendor is aware of the issue (and seeing it nationwide) and is working to resolve. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
