Service Restored at 10:54 a.m.: Email delivery is no longer delayed. Please note, if your department uses Constant Contact for email marketing, OIT has turned on message throttling until 8 p.m.

Service Issue Updated at 10:31 a.m.: OIT has been able to address the high load issue that has caused email delivery delays. The issue will be cleared in the next 30 to 45 minutes. 

Service Issue Reported: CU Boulder's email routing system is experiencing extremely high load. As a result, the delivery of email messages may be delayed.
