Service Restored 10:07 a.m.: The issue has been resolved and users are now able to access DocuSign by going to docusign.colorado.edu and logging in with their IdentiKey.
Issue Reported 8:36 a.m.: DocuSign users are currently unable to login to DocuSign using their IdentiKey. OIT is working to resolve. In the interim, users can login to the service the old way using their @colorado.edu email address and password they selected.
