Service Restored 12/19 at 11:53 a.m.: The outbound email issue have been fully resolved and all previously delayed email has successfully delivered. Email delivery has now returned to standard operation.
Service Restored 12/18 at 4:31 p.m.: The outgoing email issue has been temporarily resolved and outbound emails should be routing as normal. The team will continue to investigate and work to permanantly resolve the issue
Issue Reported 12/18 at 1:00 p.m.: Currently, there are issues with outgoing email delivery. Some outbound emails are not being delivered. The issue appears to only be impacting outgoing email, incoming email should be functioning as normal. The team is working to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
