Description

Service Restored 5:50 p.m.: UIS has identified and resolved the issue. MyCUInfo mobile service has been restored and users should no longer be seeing error messages. 

Issue Reported 5:12 p.m.: There are reports of users being unable to access MyCUInfo from mobile devices. When attempting to login from a mobile device the user sees an error message. This issue does not seem to be impacting users that login to MyCUInfo from their desktop. University Information Systems (UIS) is investigating and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
