Service Restored by 2:33 pm, Tuesday, December 13: Both HCM and FIN issues have now been resolved.
Service Issue Updated at 2:20 pm, Tuesday, December 13: The FIN journal approval and attachment issues have been resolved. HCM issues are ongoing and being updated on the HCM blog.
Service Issue Reported at 1:09 pm, Monday, December 12: University Information Systems (UIS) has reported that the HCM and FIN systems are currently experiencing a number of issues that affect certain functions including Smart ePAR Transactions, attachments and time approval. The HCM issues are being updated on the HCM blog.
FIN users might encounter an On Ready state error in which case they are encouraged to clear their browser and make sure they are running a supported browser. For help with FIN, contact FinProHelp@cu.edu.
