Service Restored 12/8/16 at 10:59 a.m.: SPS mobile printing is back online and functioning as normal. The team will continue to monitor the service. 

Issue Reported 12/8/16 at 9:33 a.m.: Student Printing and Scanning (SPS) mobile printing (email-to-print) is experiencing more issues and users may not be able to print. The team is working to resolve. The other methods of printing are working as expected. Users can print via OIT labs and via installed drivers on their own computers.

Service Restored 12/8/16 at 7:27 a.m.: SPS mobile printing is back online and functioning as normal. The team will continue to monitor the service. 

Issue Reported 12/7/16 at 8:29 a.m.: Student Printing and Scanning (SPS) mobile printing (email-to-print) is currently experiencing service issues where students may see delays when attempting to print. 

The other methods of printing are working as expected. Users can print via OIT labs and via installed drivers on their own computers. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
