Service Issue Update 1/9/2017 at 2:59 p.m.: The campus' Red Hat satellite service will no longer be available after January 31, 2017.

Service Issue Update 11/28/2016 at 8:13 a.m.: The campus' Red Hat subscription expired on 11/27. A renewal order is being processed. Currently, any systems registered will not receive updates until a new subscription is in place. We are in contact with Red Hat and hope to have this resolved as quickly as possible.

Service Issue Update 11/15/2016 at 8:50 a.m.: At 9:00 a.m. today, the satellite will be undergoing maintenance and will be unreachable until it is complete.

Service Issue Update 11/14/2016 at 3:05 p.m.: A decision has been made to migrate users from the campuses Red Hat satellite server to Red Hat's central subscription management service. Instructions and more information will be forthcoming shortly.

Issue Reported 11/3/2016 at 12:40 p.m.: Red Hat's Satellite software is experiencing instability. Over the next week, OIT will be making decisions regarding the direction and use of this product to better meet stability expectations. However, in the interim, there will continue to be issues.
