Service Restored: Bercilak Not Allowing Logins (Telecom Management System, E-memo System)

Service Restored by 11:44 am: The Bercilak service is now allowing logins. All services provided by Bercilak are once again available.

Issue Reported at 8:05 am: OIT's system, Bercilak, is not allowing logins at this time. Bercilak hosts the Telecom Management System (phone and data orders, Using Your Phone Guide, liaison lookup). It is also the host machine for Administrative E-memos and Student Buff Bulletins. OIT Operations is investigating the issue.
