Service Restored on 1/4/24: CU Boulder's Network Access Control (NAC) vendor has resolved their issue with Apple iOS 17.2 or higher devices being able to utilize their registration system. The NAC is used to register devices on UCB Wireless.
Service Issue Reported at 2:50 PM on 12/20/2023: Any Apple product running iOS 17.2 or higher that is not currently registered on UCB Wireless will not be able to register on UCB Wireless using CU Boulder's Network Access Control system. Until further notice, the IT Service Center will be manually registering the devices, so the CU Boulder community can utilize UCB Wireless. OIT's Networking team is working with the vendor to come up with a solution that will fix the solution and not cause any new ones.
