Service Restored at 6:00 PM on 11/16/2022: As of 6:00 PM on 11/16/2022 all updates have processed and the AD has returned to normal. 

Service Issue Updated at 3:15 PM on 11/16/2022: OIT has resolved the issue impacting the AD. Updates that occurred in Grouper or Identikey Manager (OIM) since 5:00 PM last night are processing and will take a few hours to complete. We will update this alert when updates have caught up. 

Service Issue Updated at 3:00 PM on 11/16/2022: OIT Continues to troubleshoot the issue. At this time password updates for Identikeys are not taking effect, if you change your password the update will be queued and updated once the issue is resolved. There is no ETA at this time. 

Service Issue Reported at 8:22 AM on 11/16/2022: OIT is aware of an issue with Active directory. New AD accounts are not being created from OIM and Grouper may be impacted. OIT is working to resolve the issue.
