Description
The campus Cisco AnyConnect VPN service will undergo a version update from 7:30 to 8 a.m. on Thursday, November 17. VPN services will not be interrupted during the update process; however, those with AnyConnect VPN versions that are older than 4.10.06079 will be required to go through an auto upgrade process to upgrade their Anyconnect client to the most current version following the change.
Impact
Customers using AnyConnect VPN versions that are older than 4.10.06079 will be required to go through an upgrade process following the update. The upgrade will happen automatically during the login process, but it may take several minutes to connect.
