Service Restored at 11:34 AM on 11/14/2022: The issue with outbound emails failing and queuing has been resolved. All failed emails have been reprocessed and sent out of ServiceNow.
Service Issue Reported at 10:57 AM on 11/14/2022: OIT is aware of an issue with outbound emails from our Service Management Tool ServiceNow. Currently emails are being queued but not sent. We are investigating the issue.
