Service Issue Resolved at 10:21 AM on 11/08/22: iClicker reports that their service is now stable and functional. All services are operational based on this update.
Service Issue Reported at 09:35 AM on 11/08/22: iClicker is reporting intermittent issues with opening and running iClicker Cloud. In some cases the program may not load, connect, or may unexpectedly quit. Until this is resolved it may be best to abstain from attempting to use iClicker in class. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue and will report when it has been resolved.
