Service Restored at 12:05 PM on 10/10/2022: OIT has confirmed access to ServiceNow has been restored. The vendor has not yet confirmed resolution however, the service has been stable for 20 minuets. If the service is impacted again a new service alert will be issued. 

Service Issue Updated at 11:15 AM on 10/10/2022: The vendor is aware of the issue and is actively troubleshooting. The OIT Classroom Problem Reporting Form is currently unavailable. If urgent support is needed in a classroom please contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357. 

Please note that campus offices that utilize ServiceNow to respond to emails may be delayed in their response times. This includes the OIT Service Center.

Service Issue Reported at 10:40 AM on 10/10/2022: OIT is aware of an issue impacting users ability to access colorado.service-now.com. There is no known work around at this time. OIT has engaged the vendor.
