Description
The campus voicemail service will undergo an emergency update between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 1. While steps are being taken to minimize impact, there is a possibility that voicemail and auto attendants could have brief interruptions during the update window (see more info in the Impact section). This update is necessary to accommodate authentication changes being implemented by Microsoft.
Impact
Between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, the campus voicemail system will undergo an update that could cause interruptions to the voicemail service and auto attendants. If there is an interruption to voicemail, VoIP phone users will briefly be unable to dial into their voicemail box and auto attendants will not function. Unanswered calls will still go to voicemail throughout the update process.
