Description
ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Tuesday, September 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade the ServiceNow customer-facing interface. This maintenance does not impact the analyst-facing interface.
Impact
Users of ServiceNow should be able to use the system during the maintenance window from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, September 20. When maintenance is complete, users will notice a new login screen on https://colorado.service-now.com, as well as an improved user interface.
